    As a Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales administration team.


    Sales Coordinator Role:

    This position involves managing high volumes of customer communications via email and phone. You will also be responsible for monitoring stock levels, processing orders and samples requests for Sales Executives.
    You will liaise with customers to provide exceptional service support and maintain accurate records on orders, stocks & customer information.
    • Maintaining efficient workflows through general office administration tasks
    • Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet business needs
    The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role within Manufacturing or Supply sectors. Ability to multitask effectively is essential as is strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
