An rapidly growing independent practice is seeking a Valuation Surveyor to join their professional team.The Valuation Surveyor's role
The successful Valuation Surveyor will be able to value property including developments and investment work for various purposes such as bank lending, asset management advice to the management department and various clients.
This practice are really making waves at the moment with brand new offices close to the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street and they are growing at a rapid rate.
The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:
- MRICS qualification
- Registered Valuer
- 2 year PQE as a minimum
- Good people and communication skills
- Team player
