Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage with toptier technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.

Client and Account Management:


  • 360 recruitment process Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their strategic hiring needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling additional services, and driving business growth within current client accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues.

Business Development:


  • Actively pursue new client partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, and relationshipbuilding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

Screening and Evaluation:


  • Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

Market Intelligence:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute insights to hiring managers regarding market trends and competitor analysis.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions.

About You:


  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the technology industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
