Location:
Preston, Lancashire


Hours:42.75 per week Monday - Friday


Salary:
Competitive, depending on experience

The opportunity:


We are looking for a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative who will be able to deliver high standards of work and manage the positive relationships with customers, clients and partners.

We are looking for innovative ideas and great attention to detail skills.


Key responsibilities:


  • Listening to customer requirements and be able to present appropriate options to be able to complete sales.
  • Using a bespoke system to complete bookings and resolve queries and accurately record customer and partner information.
  • Contacting partners to arrange skip hire and any other customer requests.
  • Dealing with enquiries and complaints.
  • Data entry recording.
  • Being first point of contact for customers at RLES.
  • Carry out any other duties within capabilities as required.

Who you are:


  • You will be willing to take on responsibilities.
  • An excellent communicator who will be able to build strong relationships with customers, partners and visitors.
  • You will have excellent IT skills and will be willing to learn new systems.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and on your own.
  • You will perform your duties in a professional and confident manner.
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience would be desirable.
