A market-leading Building & Property Consultancy are seeking a supportive and dedicated Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham team.


The Associate Building Surveyor role


As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will be supporting the Building Consultancy team on professional and project work across sectors including commercial, residential, retail and industrial.


You will be involved within business development including brining in new work, managing client relationships, overseeing construction projects from start to finish and looking after your own Building Consultancy team.


You will be managing projects ranging from £100k - £10m including anything from internal repairs and refurbishments to maintenance works and new build schemes alongside design and planning stages.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor who is looking to take the next steps in their career, take on more responsibilities and progress their career through the ranks to Partner.


The Associate Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • Ideally MRICS
  • Building Surveying Experience (Professional Services & Project Management)
  • Consultancy background
  • Full UK Driving License
