Express Diagnostics is looking for an Accounts & Contracts Assistant to join the Accounts and Contract Department.Main responsibilities will be to:
- Keying supplier bills onto Xero
- Raising customer backing data and invoices using various company systems
- Resolving data queries with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Matching bills to purchase orders
- Assisting with reporting duties/contract preparation
- Credit Control
Previous accounts experience is desirable and working knowledge of Xero would be an advantage but not essential as training can be given.
