    We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Tribunal Panel Member to join our expanding team within the mental health sector. This position offers a rewarding role that prioritises flexibility and professional development in a supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Caseload Management: Effectively handle a personal caseload of mental health law files, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
    • Compliance Oversight: Meet performance targets and ensure adherence to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, maintaining expertise in mental health law.

    Remote Working Arrangements:

    The team operates primarily in a remote working model, offering candidates the flexibility to work independently from home. Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and ability to manage a varied caseload remotely are essential for success.

    Requirements:

    • Membership of the Law Society's Mental Health Tribunal Panel is mandatory.
    • Substantial experience in representing clients in mental health law cases, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
    • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a diverse caseload remotely, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
