Office Assistant - The Role:
As an integral part of the company, you will provide office to support to all teams, including Sales, HR and Finance
Key tasks will include:
- Arranging travel, including flights, hotels and transfers.
- Providing basic administrative accounts support.
- Opening and distributing post.
- Filing, scanning and other basic office duties.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Welcoming Internal and external visitors
- Keeping the kitchen and other communal areas tidy.
- Other ad. hoc duties to assist in the smooth running of the office.
- You must be IT literate with a basic understanding of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
