Office Assistant - The Role:

As an integral part of the company, you will provide office to support to all teams, including Sales, HR and Finance


Key tasks will include:

  • Arranging travel, including flights, hotels and transfers.
  • Providing basic administrative accounts support.
  • Opening and distributing post.
  • Filing, scanning and other basic office duties.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Welcoming Internal and external visitors
  • Keeping the kitchen and other communal areas tidy.
  • Other ad. hoc duties to assist in the smooth running of the office.
  • You must be IT literate with a basic understanding of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
