**Job Description
Grade 5-£30699-£33819pa**The post is based within the School Admissions, Attendance and Inclusion Alternative Provision Service.

There is a strong team ethos across the service with everyone working together in support of vulnerable children and young people.


Duties include:

  • Carry out initial assessments match and place pupils into suitable Alternative Provision (AP) ensuring all risk assessments and safeguarding are carried out.
  • Track and review AP pupils completing safeguarding, documentation, administration and support.
  • Coordinate and enable pupils learning for those who are educated outside of their mainstream school?
  • Manage and utilise the AP Attendance Platform and Microsoft programmes, updating cases from variety of data sources. Further develop the AP Platform to ensure pupil records are correctly entered onto the system.
  • Further assist in the development of AP by contributing to the development of provision/policies and processes that enhance the Havering Alternative Provision Traded Service.
