Property Manager - Residential Blocks to £35,000...

A lovely team of property managers who break the mould in terms of the typical block management office culture / environment are looking for an additional experienced block property manager to join theirgrowing team.

You'll be looking after a well-managed portfolio of client sites that are all in the St Albans area (Hertfordshire) and dealing with leaseholder queries, organising works, involved with client meetings etc.

The company offers the ability to work remotely for up to a couple of days a week and are looking for an experienced residential block manager - property manager or a very strong assistant property manager who has had responsibility for a small portfolioand is ready to take on more All your sites are within easy reach of the office.

Apart from relevant experience, you should be a well-organised, hard-working property manager (car driver and owner essential) who enjoys multi-tasking and who brings a naturally friendly personality to the office and would like to join a friendly and growingblock management department.

The position is available now so our client would like to make a confirmed appointment as soon as possible but they are happy to wait for a new year start if you are on a notice period.
