Acquisition Administration Agent
- Warrington - Hybrid Working (Home and Office)

Starting basic £21,255 per annum + 10% Bonus
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm


We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our lively team at Go Car Credit in Warrington - Birchwood Park.

At Go Car Credit we are specialists in helping people secure finance who may have been declined by other lenders.

We want to help our customers get back on the road to better credit. The primary focus is ethical and responsible lending and treating customers fairly, which forms our core values.


We want to provide those with impaired credit profiles the green light to enable them to walk on to a dealer's forecourt with confidence, helping them get behind the wheel in no time.

The Role:

with customers is key and for those who have the skills to achieve both of those things, there is a role for you at Go Car Credit.


You will be responsible for completing post sign-up due diligence checks on Go Car customers to ensure all process steps have been completed during the Customer Acquisition journey.

Processes all sales documentation required for pay out.

Liaises with key stakeholders to resolve issues and passes proposals to the finance team for pay out within agreed timescales.

Completes outbound calls to customers dealers and brokers to obtain required information and progress proposals to completion. Completes other administrative duties as requested by the Acquisition Management team.


Day to day:


  • Completes 2nd Line checks on all aspects of the Customer Acquisition journey to ensure that finance is affordable, and customer meets all Go Car criteria.
  • Completes full proof check to confirm that proofs used to verify customers income and identity meet Go Car process.
  • Reviews output of Income and Expenditure call
  • Check HPA/PRS documentation has been completed in full
  • Ensures PRS related admin is completed
  • Checks Sales documentation uploaded by Dealers/Brokers matches the proposal
  • Maintains document of deals in 'pay out suspended' status
  • Completes formal quotation and Pre-Signup call with customers where a 're sign' is required.
  • Records errors made by Customer Acquisition agents and communicated to the Acquisition Management team so that relevant training can be provided.
  • Completes ad hoc admin requests as instructed by the Acquisition Management Team.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm


The right Acquisition Administrator:

Go Car are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Administrator who can be versatile and willing to learn

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of a fast paced and changing environment
  • Experience of an outbound calling environment
  • Ideally will have worked in a regulatory environment
  • Ideally with knowledge and experience of the subprime market
  • Good educational standard to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Good level of written and verbal English and maths
