As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to help merchants make the transformational move to Mulit-Channel Fulfilment (MCF).

Key job responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include using intelligent prospecting to identify, create and qualify opportunities, working with sales to ensure the opportunity is understood and next steps are clearly defined.

Once qualified, you will use an opportunity management processes to ensure that opportunities are handed off to appropriate sales resources in a timely, merchant friendly manner.


Demand Gen is a critical function within the lead and sales process, with its mission to profile, nurture and qualify leads generated from various events, campaigns and activities.


You will:


  • Build a stronger MCF leads database by researching existing MCF leads to create a detailed view of the customer's need for fulfillment solutions and the sales opportunity.
  • Nurture leads with information/campaigns to increase their understanding of MCF services and/or our partners and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases.
  • Move leads from warm or little interest to active interest; education to consideration.
  • Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve team goals.

  • Experience and record of success in an outbound account management or prospecting role in B2B environments, preferably in a solution/technologyrelated environment
  • Experience working with ecommerce merchants on fulfillment solutions;
  • Navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities in a focused market space
