  • The teamOur Client Services Team supports the Serious Injury Department offering administrative assistance to legal advisors as well as being first point of contact to clients who are seeking legal help with a medical negligence or personal injury matter. The team's focus is about making a difference, listening and ensuring every client receives an excellent level of service.
  • The roleWe have a vacancy for a Client Services Administrator to join the team on a 6month contract (extension may be available). The role is varied and involves handling enquiries received from new and existing clients in relation to serious injuries and wealth protection matters.
  • Main responsibilitiesThis role includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • Speaking with potential serious injury clients in depth in order to obtain a detailed history.
  • Opening and closing cases on management system.
  • Completing internal conflict checks.
  • Allocating enquiries to the appropriate team within a timely manner.
  • Requesting documents from clients as part of regulatory checks.
  • Retrieving documents from archive.
  • Drafting correspondence.
  • Releasing wills and deeds.
  • Filing and eFiling of incoming and outgoing post and correspondence.


  • Skills and qualifications

  • Previous administration and client services experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Ability to work together in a team environment is essential.
  • Confident with Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of using case management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
