About the job


This role is accountable for the development, delivery and management of employee communications channels, programmes, and campaigns to support delivery of strategic projects and priorities.

Focus will be on change programmes.


This role is accountable for the delivery of innovative, best practice channels and campaigns that aid effective decision-making, drive employee engagement, and improve overall business performance using customer insights and feedback.

Pay Rate:
£303 PAYE or £407.57 Umbrella

Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Internal strategic communication experience
  • Strong employee engagement experience
  • Communication skills highly effective written and presentation skills, internal communications planning, digital channel delivery, expert with industry standard software systems
  • Proven track record of creating and deploying change employee communications and engagement plans, programmes and campaigns with a measurable positive impact on employee engagement, landing effective change and business performance
  • Project Management
  • Significant knowledge of effective communications and engagement strategies and techniques across the full range of facetoface, digital (including social media), print and broadcast communication channels
  • Experience of implementing communications strategy in large organisations within a complex and highly unionised environment
