    As the Engagement and Inclusion Lead at Starling, you'll be part of the People Team, playing a critical role in shaping our inclusive culture.

    The Role:

    • Develop and lead people processes and policies to drive engagement and inclusion.
    • Implement our Engagement survey cascade and support the business with action planning for meaningful engagement and change.
    • Use data and feedback to enhance our employee wellbeing proposition.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to design innovative solutions around engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing.

    This role will involve working closely with 1 direct report: People Engagement Partner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Navigate evolving engagement and inclusion best practices and the employee engagement landscape.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation, regulations, and policies related to diversity and inclusion.
    • Present complex topics simply to various audiences.
    • Establish credibility as a subject matter expert in inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement.
    • Apply analytical and data analysis skills to build a case for change.
    • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborate with stakeholders.
    • Balance time-sensitive priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and find common ground.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Previous experience supporting organisational-wide change.
    • Proven track record developing and implementing Inclusion Strategies or Engagement programmes.
    • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to provide expertise to various teams.
    • Understanding of engagement and inclusion best practice.
