A great opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well established independent Estate Agency based in South Woodford.

Our client are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who are looking to maximise their earning potential.

Some responsibilities but not limited:

Registering new applicants
Arranging and attending viewings
Booking valuation appointments
Following up and carrying out feedback
Building relationships with clients
Ensuring all procedures are carried out in line with company procedures
Marketing of properties
Updating multiuser software database

Key skills:

One years Estate Agency Sales experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Well presented and professional approach
Motivated and target driven
A positive 'can do' attitude and self motivated
IT skills
A full driving licence

Hours:
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm with a day off in lieu in the week

Offered with a basic Salary £17,500 - £22,500 depending on experience

OTE £35,000 pa.
