Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance.
You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly\
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure excellent customer service experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
Experience:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Types:

Salary:
From £23,885.34 per year
