Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and assistance.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.


Duties:


  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via various face to face channels
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly\
  • Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure excellent customer service experience
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly
  • Upsell products and services to increase revenue

Experience:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,885.34 per year
