LGV Mechanic

RSD are working with one of our clients looking for an experienced LGV workshop technician.


You should be able to carry out periodic safety inspections, repairs, servicing, and be able to prepare and present vehicles for MOT.

You'll need an HGV licence to take the vehicles to test.

  • Servicing, repair and maintenance on all large types of vehicles and trailers.
  • Minor welding repairs
  • Prep vehicles and trailers for annual testing.
  • Diagnose and carry out repairs

We run a weekly alternating shift system:
Morning shift
6 am pm
Afternoon shift
12pm to 8.30 pm
Every second Saturday morning 7am - 12 pm hrs. _(Paid at over time rate)_

Overtime is available if needed.
