Description

• To target and generate enquiries from potential foster carers through marketing activities and other recruitment work
• To support online and offline marketing activities including social media and other events (eg. attending job fair or other local events to provide fostering)
• Write content for social media and the agency website relating to fostering
• Complete follow up telephone calls with potential foster carers
• Undertake initial visits to meet with potential foster carers, progress their interest and determine their suitability to foster. Complete relevant reports and required documentation.
• To support with organising agency events, training and panel meetings
• To support with agency administration and other related tasks

• Good interpersonal skills to engage and meet with foster carers
• Good marketing skills including knowledge of social media management (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with foster carers and other persons
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple foster carer enquiries and assessments

• Do you have any previous experience working in the fostering sector or related support services?
• Do you have a current DBS certificate and are you signed up to the DBS update service?

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Driving Licence (required)
