Rapid are looking for Quality Assurance for our client based in Clitheroe


The starting pay will be £9.50 an hour while you go through training and then it will be £10.09 an hour.

The hours of work are 6am - 2:30pm

Daily duties can include but are not limited to:

  • Providing support for the Technical department; testing & measuring the performance of products and processes in line with Legal, QMS, BRC, and customer requirements.
  • Specific product testing includes pH monitoring, temperature monitoring, gas checking, metal detection, product composition, and packaging checks.
  • In addition to routine product testing, ongoing assessment must be carried out of packaging quality, namely labelling position, date printing and seal integrity.
  • Product quality checks product going to the line and on the line.
  • Able to challenge factory standards in an appropriate way.
  • Driveline cleaning standards and monitoring personnel hand washing and PPE procedures are followed.
  • Responsible for using and maintaining technical equipment.
  • Supervise end of AM shift clean where necessary.

Salary:
£10.09 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Clitheroe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
