We are a reputable Opticians with a strong commitment to providing exceptional eye care services to our valued patients.


Responsibilities:


  • 1. Canvassing_
  • Engage with patients, promoting our services whilst explaining the benefits of regular eye tests and the importance of maintaining healthy vision.
  • Schedule appointments for our optometrists.
  • 2. Pre-Screening_
  • Conduct preliminary tests using machines such as an Autorefractor and Fundus Camera.
  • Record accurate findings for optometrists' review.
  • Ensure a seamless transition between prescreening and the comprehensive eye examination.
  • 3. Dispensing/Advising_
  • Provide expert advice to patients on our range of frames.
  • Explain the various different options available for our patients, based on their needs.
  • Take accurate measurements to ensure suitable fitting and optimised quality.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident approach when engaging with patients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
