Night Care Assistant

Come and work at friendly St Marys with supportive management and caring colleagues.
Please note St Marys is located in Holbrook, IP9 2PS - this can be difficult to access via public transport.
Your role as a Care Assistant, will be to provide person-centred care and support for residents.
That includes personal care, mealtimes and engagement through activities, either in groups with shared interests or on an individual basis.
You'll also be there to provide a listening ear to those who need it most.
Every day will be interesting and varied - all our residents are different, from their care needs to their personalities and life experiences.
What you'll do can be inspiring and hugely enjoyable, as you build strong relationships based on understanding, trust and genuine care.
