Sales Advisor

R&C Components, a leading local supplier of tools, industrial products, workshop equipment, and related products, is currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team.

We are looking for a Sales Order Booking Specialist to handle trade accounts and contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and book sales orders for trade accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Researching and Sourcing products.
• Collaborate with customers to identify their needs, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.
• Utilise sales software and CRM tools to manage customer accounts, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business.

Requirements:

• Prior experience using sales software and CRM systems is essential to excel in this role.
• Possess indepth product knowledge or a strong willingness to learn about tools, greases, workshop equipment, and related products.
• Hold a valid driving license to facilitate occasional visits to customers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Display strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and documentation.
• Work effectively in a team environment while also being selfmotivated and able to manage tasks independently.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

• Employment Type: Fulltime, Monday to Friday
• Location: Hull, HU2 8EF
• Pay : Salary based on experience. Agreed on negotiations prior to start date. Good rates based on experience.
