LOCATION:
Head Office, Moorgate





CONTRACT:
Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)





SALARY:
Up to £28,000 per annum

Are you currently working in retail and looking for your next role? This is an ideal first head office role for someone looking to move on from working in stores

The Retail Operations Coordinator will support the UK Concession and Store teams.

Reporting into the Head of Retail, you'll help ensure our teams have the information and administrative support to work well and achieve business goals.

This is a multi-faceted and interesting role for someone who can communicate effectively, is highly organised and has an interest in broadening their retail skill set.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Retail
  • Ensuring sales data is communicated to concession and store teams to given deadlines
  • Responding to queries from the Field Team
  • Sanding general communications to store and concession teams
  • Collating and checking rotas
  • Managing new starter training arrangements for the Field team
  • Booking travel & accommodation
  • Maintaining document records, including Company cars, health & safety and operational reports
  • Preparing documents and presentations for meetings
  • Retail Operations procurement, including but not limited to, car fleet administration
  • Supporting with adhoc projects as and when necessary
  • Conducting and managing mystery shops
  • Allocation of stock for given concessions/ stores

SKILLS & KNOW-HOW

  • Has demonstrable experience of working in a fastpaced retail environment (store or head office), preferably in womenswear retail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise and achieve given deadlines whilst balancing the priorities of others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of PC literacy
  • Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office suite
  • Ability to proactively build effective and productive relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Able to demonstrate a commercial focus
  • A collaborative worker
  • Able to drive own projects and work on initiative
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to various UK locations in order to carry out certain aspects of the role
