NurtureCare Ltd works collaboratively with both the NHS and the private sector to provide care and support to children and young people across the East Midlands who have complex or additional health needs.

We make an enormous contribution to the families allowing children and young people to be cared for in their own home instead of in hospital.

We currently have an opportunity for a positive, enthusiastic and determined person to join our team at our head office in Basford as our Rota Coordinator.

If you have the analytical skills to be able to coordinate a rota for over 100 staff and are skilled in planning, problem solving and have a keen eye for detail with excellent communication skills both written and verbally then you could be the person we are looking for.

Working to defined guidelines you will be responsible for getting the right people with the right skills to the right place for the right time to deliver outstanding care.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday and Friday
