Description

Reporting to General Manager the Customer Sales role is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in all aspects of sales activity of the business.

In addition, supporting their team in creating and managing web-based ordering software

  • In conjunction with others produce and check sheets job sheets from estimates and forward to production manager for processing. This will include checking job details are correct including purchase orders from customers, artwork details are attached to job files created and any supporting information is provided
  • Provide administration support for sales team including managing proof of deliveries, managing jobs completed ready for invoicing, scanning documents, filing and any other support as required by the sales team
  • In conjunction with others manage incoming telephone calls for the business ensuring these calls are managed efficiently and passed through to correct member of staff within business
