Open Care Services is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff to Healthcare Organisations nationwide.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Some experience in the Health/social Care sector
Experience in recruitment and consultancy is beneficial
Good listening skills with the ability to challenge and influence thinking
Persuasive with strong negotiation skills
Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
Possess the ability to work under pressure
Basic Computer/IT Knowledge
Ability to manage expectations and control job orders
Enjoys the challenges of working in a busy environment.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant;
The main working hours for this role are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Generating appointments and negotiating with clients to win new contracts and expand existing business
Assist in refining their CV and interview skills
Working as part of the team
Negotiate the terms of business with clients
Participating in on-call duties

What you will get from us;

• Salary £10 £12/hr
• Salary Revision after 3 months
• Generous commission/bonus scheme upon performance(Uncapped)
