Looking for either full time or part time inventory clerks, employed or self employed based in the oxford and surrounding areas, full training given.
Briefly
check ins
- collecting keys from agent
- meeting tenants
- going through inventory on ipad, comparing descriptions & conditions to make sure accurate, taking meter readings, handing over keys
check outs
- collecting keys from either agents or tenants, going through the inventory used at check in, comparing descriptions to compile report taking into account fair wear & tear and length of tenancy. taking meter readings, returning keys to agents
When at home you double check the report and press synch, this then comes to us and quality control will check before uploading to our portal for the agents.
no experience is required as full training is given however, if you have attended the AIIC inventory clerk course that would be beneficial
