SureSkills is looking for a Training Administrator to work with our Training Operations team delivering a positive experience for customers and trainers.

The ideal person will ensure that our training programs are run smoothly from initial booking all the way through to invoice payment.

Duties include communicating with sales teams, delegates, trainers and third party vendors.


Training Administrator responsibilities are:

  • Ability to work in a busy team
  • Book, arrange and organise training courses
  • Maintain training records using the Training Management ERP system (e.g. trainee lists٫ schedules٫ attendance sheets)
  • Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes٫ feedback forms and so on
  • Prepare/update reports on training activities and results
  • Suggest improvements on our courses and administration
  • Help participants interact with vendors and certifying bodies when necessary
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Training Administrator/Assistant٫ HR Assistant or other relevant position
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Good practical experience with MS Office, Databases or Learning Management Systems
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of office procedures and accounts/billing
  • Diploma or degree is an advantage

Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 9 months


Salary:
£1,900.00-£2,100.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Belfast
