Within the position of Head of Retail Fabric Asset Management, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of fabric maintenance across the Retail estate focussing on the 3C's as per the Global Blueprint; Capability, Credibility and Cost leadership; implementing and sustaining a high standard of fabric maintenance and project delivery to enhance ISS's position across the
customers Retail estate.
Your role will involve leadership and responsibility for the strategic and tactical development and delivery of fabric maintenance, portfolio enhancement and capital investment planning, specifically developing the delivery model, managing resource, Commercial Governance & Practises, Compliance & Risk, developing the supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Organically grow above base and capital projects in support of the Clients property strategy
- P&L Accountability aligned to country for fabric asset maintenance and above base works
- Developing the delivery model & managing resource across contract
- Effectively manage compliance, risk and commercial governance
- Support the UK Operations Team in the development and implementation of
- Developing the supply chain strategy including supply chain Management
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Educated to Degree or equivalent standard in a technical or management field
- Expertise and qualifications in a Construction, Engineering or Built Environment discipline
- Preferably a minimum of 10 years' experience operating at a Senior Manager Level within the building estate management, surveying and FM industry, preferably in the banking sector /
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the built environment, to be credible with a highly technical Client
- Demonstrate experience of managing Health & Safety compliance
- Demonstrate experience of estimating above base and project costs, and presenting high quality tender documents to customers
- Experience and knowledge of construction contracts
