Reed Leeds Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a professional company based in Leeds, our client is seeking an organised, and motivated administrator to join our fabulous team on a temporary basis.

This isn't a run of the mill administration role, you will be working across a range of services such as reception and hospitality or in the reprographics department, or even working with a specific team within the office.

This role involves working alongsideprofessionals every day in a fast-paced environment we guarantee you will never be bored


Duties will include:


  • Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls
  • Deal with any other reception or switchboard duties as required
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Completing filing / efiling in line with departmental processes and protocols
  • File closure administration
  • Process all personal papers for storage, including wills, power of attorney and title packets
  • All aspects of reprographics
  • Extensive use of software packages

Skills required:


Whilst no formal qualifications are needed for this role, it is desirable for you to have strong IT skills and knowledge of MS programmes, excellent personal presentation, and communication skills, as well as being able to work well as part of a team.
