The role will include:

Assist in preparing & serving quality food where required.
Managing complete food safety systems to the highest of standards.
Managing agreed margins.
Training and development of your team
Management of HR function with your team
Completing book work and managing the front of house team

Who you are:

Experience within the food and beverage sector
Strong Chef Manager background
Strong experience in managing finances on site

Driving licence and access to a vehicle due to no public transport routes

Ability to communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders
Selfmotivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
Understanding of Health, Safety and the Environment principles
Motivated by a passion for quality and, service delivery
Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
Computer proficient

What you'll be doing:

Chef Manager - Stanford-le-Hope**
Up to £28,000 per Annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday Role but flexibility to working weekends for business needs will be required.

Free meal on shift.
