Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analysis tools, such as Power BI, to collect, consolidate, and analyse diverse data sets from various sources.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports by integrating and synthesizing the analysed data, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and clarity for presentation to the CEO and COO.
  • Implement effective data visualization techniques to convey complex information succinctly and visually in the reports, enabling the executive team to make informed strategic decisions based on the insights provided.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize processes.
  • Monitor internal systems and tools to identify and resolve issues, escalate as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and coordinating logistics
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance.
  • Perform counterparty checks for verification.
  • Assist with adhoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 2 years of experience as an operations analyst, data analyst or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools like PowerBi or equivalent.
  • Highly collaborative approach to working across teams (located across geographies) to achieve the best results
  • Selfstarter, able to work independently
  • Interest, enthusiasm and willingness to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment with a reputable brand within the global carbon markets
  • Proficient in English.
