2. Main work
We are recruiting for an airline and/or travel industry experienced person, with job vacancies
available at Asiana Airlines London Heathrow Airport.
- Supervises as well as liaise with the ground handlers and airport teams to ensure ontime flight operation
- Checking customers travel documents travel documentation together with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
- Checking customers into airline systems adhering to policies and procedures, issuing boarding passes and bag tags and identifying and processing dangerous goods.
- Manage overall airport service in case of flight disruptions, misconnections and other passenger related disruptions
Ecperience and Skills:_
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Aptitude for working with a variety of information technology
- Equip with good problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask with accuracy under pressure
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Speaking Korean & wellknown Korean Culture would be an advantage
- A full 5year work/unemployment/education history
