Airport Service Agent to join their business in the UK.

1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

2. Main work
We are recruiting for an airline and/or travel industry experienced person, with job vacancies
available at Asiana Airlines London Heathrow Airport.

Supervises as well as liaise with the ground handlers and airport teams to ensure ontime flight operation
Checking customers travel documents travel documentation together with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
Checking customers into airline systems adhering to policies and procedures, issuing boarding passes and bag tags and identifying and processing dangerous goods.
Manage overall airport service in case of flight disruptions, misconnections and other passenger related disruptions

Ecperience and Skills:_

Ability to work as part of a team
Diligent attention to detail.
Aptitude for working with a variety of information technology
Equip with good problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask with accuracy under pressure
Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Fluency in oral and written English
Speaking Korean & wellknown Korean Culture would be an advantage
A full 5year work/unemployment/education history

3. SALARY & BENEFITS

Visa: Work Visa

Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK (A copy of ID and Visa will be requested before the interview)
Annual Salary: Negotiable
Recruitment: Fulltime
Working hours: 8 hours / 5 days
Schedule: Shift work
Holiday: 24 days
Insurance: Provision of health insurance in accordance with local labour laws
Recruitment due date: Immediate start.
