Purpose of the role:

Reporting into the Global Credit Supervisor, this role will be responsible for all aspects of Credit & Compliance, handling queries, and supporting the Credit Control Team and the Commissions Officer


The Role:


  • Credit checking clients, and verifying contracts, including payment terms and contact details.
  • Vendor Forms and Vendor Portal set ups
  • Assisting with Approval and raising of Invoices
  • Bank statement downloads and cash allocation
  • Reconciling customer accounts including withholding tax and exchange rate differences
  • Assisting with month end procedures and providing cover when required
  • Assisting the Commission officer with Commissions admin and reporting
  • Encouraging and taking part in regular discussions about processes, strategy, and improvements.

How does the role fit into the overall business goals?


This role is an important part of our Finance team and will enable us to ensure that payments are made promptly and correctly.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy working as part of a lively and hard-working team and is keen to play their part in our success.

It's important to us that you have strong communication skills and are organised and able to work to deadline.


Required skills/experience:


  • Experience in B2B credit control administration or sales ledger
  • Intermediate Excel and Word including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills

Desirable skills/experience:


  • Experience of using Salesforce & Maconomy would be an advantage
