Opportunity for an experienced Life Science Executive Search Consultant to join an established global executive search firm as Partner / Managing Partner.

This opportunity will suit an experienced executive search 'fee earner' looking to transition their career to a boutique, small business.

You will be an integral part of the organisation's growth strategy and remunerated accordingly.

You'll have a trackrecord of winning and retaining business within the global life science market, comfortable working between £500k and £1.5million of billing.

Prerequisite for the role is a proven track record in life science executive search coupled with a desire to win and deliver on new business.
