The Job on Offer:

Group Cybersecurity (GCS) creates and manages global security policies, tracks compliance from Business Units and Global Business Lines, provides strong communications, training, and awareness campaigns to employees, designs global security architecture based on threats and market evolution, and manages GCS Projects and Operations.

Your Role:

You will be working within a team composed of 15 people located internationally in the Cyber Coordination Center (CCC). Your primary role will be to lead, consult, and deliver initiatives relating to cybersecurity, supporting Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), accounts and wider Capgemini employees.

You will report to the Cyber Operations Preparation (COP) Lead, delivering services to help Capgemini group, business units, account teams, and Group Cybersecurity prepare for security challenges, including but not limited to:

Anticipation campaigns: Cyber preparation for significant Capgemini events such as large sporting events

Crisis simulations and tabletops: Supporting internal teams and CISOs in the creation of crisis simulations and tabletop exercises to test their teams

OSINT dossiers: Reviewing senior employee's social media profiles to highlight potential cyber

threat and raise awareness.

Your Profile:

As part of this role, you will lead a team to help achieve priorities. You will need people manager experience to handle this responsibility, ensuring teams administrative, workload and development needs are met.

You will also support our internal delivery team targeting internal GCS initiatives such as:

Crisis/Business Continuity simulations and tabletop exercises

Development and management of Business Continuity plans

Post crisis, major incident and simulation lessons learned.
