Experience working in a similar catering role is preferable, but full training will be provided.

These posts will include evening and weekend shifts.

Job Description - Kitchen porter

Washing dishes, food prep & cleaning

Ensure compliance with legal requirements under the H&S act 1974 and Food Hygiene.

Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to.

Adhere to prescribed standards of personal hygiene and grooming.

Perform any other duties as required.

To ensure that all cleaning rotas are adhered to and carried out in a timely and effective manner.

To ensure that all food hygiene due diligence paper work is completed in a correct and timely manner.

To communicate effectively with the kitchen team and all members of the front of house and management team.
