**Position: Accident Repair Centre

  • Receptionist-Customer Service
  • NEW SITE**
    Location: Glasgow, G71

Competitive salary:
Up to £28,800 OTE (including site bonus), dependent on experience and qualifications.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Join our clients Brand New Accident Repair Centre as a Customer Service Advisor/Bodyshop Receptionist.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience by efficiently handling vehicle bookings and courtesy car service.


A Minimum of 2 years of role-related experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Book customer cars for repair or attention via phone or personal visits.
  • Prepare necessary job cards and files.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for job cards, invoices, and related paperwork.
  • Provide vehicle progress reports upon customer request.
  • Collect customer payments with attention to banking and security procedures, including excess payments for certain insurance policies.
  • Coordinate courtesy car bookings for customer use. Adhere to health and safety regulations and policies relevant to your role.

Requirements:


  • A Minimum of 2 years of rolerelated experience preferred.
  • Worked in an Automotive environment and a keen Interest in the motor industry.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, including potential involvement in Estimating/Vehicle Damage Assessing.

Other Duties:


Due to the diversity and complexity of our operations, you may be assigned additional tasks or duties within your capability, as directed by a senior manager within the Group to whom you report.
