Here at
Impact Recruitment we are hiring a
Maintenance Engineer for one of our global manufacturing clients based within
Towcester.

They are ideally looking for a
multiskilled engineer who is proficient both electrically and mechanically to provide reactive and planned maintenance.

Salary:
£40,000 - £43,000

Location:
Towcester

Shift:
Panama Shift

Support the manufacturing and R&D facilities on site.
Timely and accurate completion of documents and records of reactive / planned maintenance.
Manage subcontracts at the site when required.
Issue various types of work permits.
Support planned and preventive maintenance across all buildings and facilities at the site.
Working on Air Handling Units and A/C Systems Chilled, UPW and DIW Systems, UPS Systems, Emergency Generators, HV and LV electrical systems, Fire Detection and Fire Protection Systems, Water Services and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Clean Room ParticleChecks, BMS Trend Systems and Plant Breakdowns.
Carry out fault diagnosis and repair and implemenet corrective and peventitive actions.
Carry out risk assessments and fault diagnosis.
Participate in small projects modifiying equipment.
Improving and strengthening the PM and technical specification programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

Requirements:

Experienced in a multi-disciplined engineering environments.

Broad experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Control systems.

Aaware of total productive maintenance and lean engineering principles.

Expeerience with Trend BMS Systems is desireable.

Electrical / Mechanical engineering in cleanroom, facilities, equipment engineering or HVAC is desireable.
