We're looking for an expert in their field to join us as Health & Wellbeing Advisor.In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in helping our employees achieve their full potential by providing expert guidance, support, and strategies to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Supporting the Health & Wellbeing Manager in this growing area of our business, you will have a meaningful impact on the lives of our employees.
The role can be based anywhere in the UK but travel to our key sites, including Goole, our new manufacturing site will be required.
You'll make a difference by
- Supporting the Health & Wellbeing Manager to deliver an impactful strategy and create positive culture and attitude towards health & wellbeing initiatives.
- Acting as a guide for business managers to navigate the occupational health process and their outcomes.
- Being an expert in health and wellbeing at work and provide support and education around the business.
- Partnering with external suppliers to improve operational services that keep the strategy in motion.
- Offering clinical support to sites around the UK
Your success will be grounded by
- Your roots from a nursing, occupational health, physiotherapy, or similar background including the associate qualifications.
- Memberships and proven upskilling within your field of expertise
- Your high standard of communication offering professional expertise, empathy and exceptional service.
- A previous role in a large organisation managing complex issues across multiple locations.
- A professional and discreet approach to sensitive topics
