To help us launch this exciting venture, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful historic setting and contribute to the creation of a special tea experience for guests.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring the smooth operation of the tea rooms.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide efficient table service.
Present our exquisite tea menu with knowledge and enthusiasm, assisting guests in making informed selections.
Deliver food and beverage orders with care and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and inviting environment throughout the tea rooms.
Set up and assist with special events as needed.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fastpaced environment.

Experience in a hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential.
