We are based in East Anglia - we are recruiting for

Newmarket and surrounding areas. Our community service supports an array of clients with different needs. The aim is to support them to continue developing their key skills, being independent while in the comfort of their homes, and accessing the local community.

Our Community Service team is seeking kind, enthusiastic and dedicated support workers that want to make a difference while supporting our clients and their families.
Our team members are passionate, loyal, responsible, and committed to offering a safe and supportive environment to work colleagues and more importantly to each of our vulnerable children and young adults.

As a Service, we offer shifts rather than short appointments. The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skills, being independent, and supporting with daily tasks it may include supporting and prompting personal care, daily exercise, attending appointments, engaging in arts and crafts activities, visits to the seaside, local and theme parks and much more. Our service users reside at home and are very active in the local community.

Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant children and young adults, and their families and help them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life.
You will find yourself getting stuck in with the fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, interactive and practical handson activities.
This job requires access to a car and involves the completion of daily paperwork.
This role is needed ASAP and can be parttime or fulltime hours per week we can offer flexible working hours around child care needs and personal life. This position will include day shifts and some weekends.
Shifts can be 12hrs, 10hrs, 6hrs or 8hrs i.e 7.40am5.30pm/7.30pm and 7.40am2pm; 10am4pm; 10am6pm, 7.40am2pm, 9.30am4.30pm on week days and weekends.
