Here at Aspire we are looking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistants who are looking for their next challenge.

Please note - you must have experience as a Teaching Assistant to be considered.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will welcome working across all ages (EYFS-Year 6) and be confident using your own initiative to build positive relationships.


  • Previous experience in an educational setting
  • Preferably a relevant qualification (such as Level2/3 or a relevant degree)
  • Strong classroom management skills
