Page Personnel are currently working with a organisation based in Kirkstall who is looking to expand their Marketing team and recruit a CRM Specialist to join them on a permanent, full time basis.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

Lead CRM strategy across all communication channels to drive customer engagement, conversion and social media following.
Constant honing and refinement of existing comms to keep them up to date and performing well.
Run A/B tests to maximise the impact of the comms we send
Work closely with our Trading Team to make sure we're featuring the very best deals for the companies target audience.
Maintain the health of our IP and minimise the risk of ending up in spam filters.
Weekly and monthly performance reporting.
Stay on top of competitor activity across a range of brands.
