Talent Acquisition Coordinator


We are seeking a Talent Acquisition coordinator to work with a leading youth charity as they go through an exciting time of growth.


Position:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator


Location:
Bolton / hybrid working - two days a week at the Bolton office, combined with home working and some travel across the Midlands, North & South of England including London


Salary:
£30,000 (£24,000 pro-rata)


Contract:
Permanent, Part-time (30 hours per week)

About the role:


As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle as well as having a great opportunity to input into how the charity shape the talent acquisition offer, through not only supporting hiring managers with innovative recruitment solutions, but also influencing the thinking behind their new ATS, employer value proposition and employer branding.

You will be recruiting across a range of professional roles including senior leaders and new CEOs, so this really is a fabulous career development opportunity.

You will get involved in projects - helping to implement the ATS, assisting with designing employer branding and EVP, and getting behind the data to name just a few.


You will bring:


  • The ability to be highly organised, work at pace and have great communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence with Microsoft office, data and insights
  • The ability to travel to around the required area
  • Involvement, ideally, with implementing an ATS, but it is essential you have working knowledge of managing the recruitment process via an ATS
