An exciting opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire Team Leader to work in the Ulster University Belfast.


Location of work
Ulster University Belfast


Hours of Work
Full time, 12 hours shifts, flexibility

42 Hours average per week - overtime required

Day shift & Night shift


Responsibilities

  • General security duties
  • Patrolling of the building internal, external & mobile
  • Control Room duties
  • Fire activation response
  • To provide a professional service and ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Locking & unlocking of building
  • Dealing with visitors and contractors
  • First Aid response
  • Report all incidents, accidents, and emergencies
  • To work to the values of the company mission and vision statement
  • Rostering staff, annual leave allocation
  • Admin
  • Training New employees for Campus
  • To write accurate Alarm, First Aid & incident reports
  • Training of new staff
Reporting to Security Supervisor


Training

Essential Criteria
SIA Door Supervisor/Manned Guarding Licence

CCTV Licence

Valid UK Driving Licence

Applicant must have a 5-year checkable history

IT Skills, to include Microsoft Office


Applicant not meeting the required essential criteria will not be contacted

Desirable Criteria
Valid First Aid Certificate

£12.21 per hour
