Description

Our client a large well established association are looking for an Education Behaviour Mentor to join them on permanent basis.

This is a full-time, term time role


Main duties:

  • To support the consistent implementation of the Behaviour for Learning policy.
  • To be responsible for the calm and purposeful entrance and exit of students into/out of the premises, this to include organising lineups where appropriate.
  • To work with the other members of the behaviour team as a unit to ensure students are monitored and supervised before school, during break and throughout lunch;
  • To be responsible for calm and purposeful movement around the premises between lessons.
  • Managing detentions every afternoon.
