Digital & Content Marketing Specialist

London, EC1

£42-45,000

Hybrid Role - 2 days a week in office

Position Summary:


Reporting to the Director of Marketing EMEA & APAC, the Digital & Content Marketing Specialist will play a key part in supporting the marketing and commercial team on a variety of projects including content creation, digital marketing and lead the analytics and ROI of the online media plans.

The role will be targeted on delivering optimised media assets and will partner with the Product, Sales, Regional and media partners to implement across the targeted digital and media channels.


With an emphasis on content the D&CMS' responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication.

Key responsibilities will include and not be limited to:

  • Working closely with business and marketing managers/stakeholders to compile and deliver effective content, digital activity and help to set goals across all channels including digital, social, thought leadership, offline etc
  • Identify gaps/opportunities and create/delegate to 3rd parties inspiring and engaging high quality content, gaining input from key stakeholders across the business
  • Conduct market research using internal resources to develop/guide highvalue content for commercial presentations and events
  • Develop content marketing workflow and digital calendar for areas of responsibility, delegate tasks where required and ensure deadlines are met
  • Compose, deliver and publish engaging content on a regular basis through various channels, ensuring strong and linked up digital presence
  • Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure allaround consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
  • Update website content as needed
  • Edit, proofread and improve content and where necessary optimise content for SEO
  • Evaluate all marketing campaign results and ROI
  • Receive customer and internal stakeholder feedback and generate ideas to help increase customer engagement/sales pipeline
  • Develop deep execution expertise and leverage Digital Analytics to inform optimal design linked to brand and commercial objectives
  • Help drive digital B2B lead generation, to grow the sales pipeline

Skills & Qualification Requirements:


  • 23 years digital & content marketing experience
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, must be able to proofread and write copy to an exceptional standard
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Professional business presence and acumen
  • Selfstarter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker
  • Commitment to customer service (internal and external)
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask with resultsoriented mindset
  • Calm individual who can operate under pressure, manage deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environment.
  • Have enthusiasm for a fastpaced, dynamic environment where products and programs are evolving as the business grows

Bonus but not essential:


  • Previous experience in the nutrition, food or beverage industry
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£45,000.00-£480,000.00 per year
