Position:
Customer Service Operative

This role is a
Monday-Friday working working between the hours of
8am-5pm
Salary is £23,000-£25,000 per year DOE


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Identify customers' needs, and provide the best solutions to meet them
  • Build and maintain a strong customer relationship
  • Use CRM tools to identify opportunities for service offerings to customers, process orders, track orders/deliveries, and manage accounts receivable/payable
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account balances, changes, receipts, and filings
  • Participate in product training as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:


Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and employees
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Ability work in a busy office environment and be confident taking a large amount of phone calls.

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
