Position:
Customer Service Operative
This role is a
Monday-Friday working working between the hours of
8am-5pm
Salary is £23,000-£25,000 per year DOE
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify customers' needs, and provide the best solutions to meet them
- Build and maintain a strong customer relationship
- Use CRM tools to identify opportunities for service offerings to customers, process orders, track orders/deliveries, and manage accounts receivable/payable
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account balances, changes, receipts, and filings
- Participate in product training as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
- Ability work in a busy office environment and be confident taking a large amount of phone calls.
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
